Course Description

Advanced flat mould techniques include sculpting on a life cast to create appliances that fit the face accurately, and even tackling difficult areas that wouldn’t normally be suitable for flat moulds, such as the chin.

This process can be used for character, ageing, and casualty makeup. Here Neill creates a zombie character; the appliances are produced and a test makeup done on the model’s life cast ready for future use on the model.
