There are only two places left on the April intake of Neill Gorton’s Prosthetics Bootcamp!
This course is taught exclusively by Neill Gorton and is a five-day tour-de-force of the key processes and techniques he uses to create character prosthetic makeups in silicone, a subject Neill is well known for within the industry. He’s won many awards for his prosthetic makeup work, including Royal Television Society and BAFTA gongs, and he’s also pioneered many new techniques over the past 15 years – which you’ll get to learn.
The teaching is primarily demonstration-based, but you’ll certainly get up close and hands-on with the materials, and each student will design, sculpt, cast, apply and colour their own silicone transfer appliance.
The five days are intensive, technical and full of information, and you’re welcome to ask questions throughout. Suitable for all abilities, this course is ideal for:
- Beginners wanting to gain a comprehensive overview of the subject and start practising the prosthetic manufacture and application processes themselves
- Students on a makeup or prosthetics diploma, degree course or similar
- Tutors teaching makeup FX subjects
- Professional makeup artists wishing to broaden their skills and increase their knowledge and awareness of prosthetic makeup techniques
You’re also granted access to our Online Learning – Processes and Pathways – for one month following the course to help to reinforce what you have learnt and introduce you to new techniques and skills.
With only two places left, it might be time to book your place! Find all the details on how to book here.
