We will take down your booking details and send you an invoice for a 20% deposit + VAT. When we receive your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, further details and an invoice for the outstanding fee + VAT. Step 2: As per the invoice, please ensure we receive the rest of your fee plus the VAT no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course (this date will be quoted in the confirmation correspondence) in order to take up your place. Please note that all payments must be cleared rather than just received by then. Please ensure that cheques are sent in time for presentation and clearance by these dates – clearance can take between 3 and 5 working days. Bank tranfers including online transfers also take between 3 and 5 working days so pelase ensure the transaction is initiated at least 5 days prior to the deadline, thank you. Instructions for International Bank Transfers International transfers take from 1 day to 1 week, depending on whether they are express or normal and bank charges for these are higher than for domestic transfers. The Neill Gorton Prosthetics Studio does not take responsibility for international transfer charges and you as the sender must elect to pay all fees.
